Way better than EB3-I/H1B in US....actually jumping out was the best thing I did before the GC train wrenk. This site keeps me aware of the latest changes in US immigration. After my wife's cad citizenship I might work in US even. Till then myself and wife...combined earn well

Considering 7% country quota and 26.7% EB2 quota of 140k, we get 2800 visa for EB2 annually. For first month this number comes out to be 234. Considering 1.2 dependents this means 106 families get GC under EB2.
I am sure they have more than 106 cases before the cutoff of 1 April 2003. This may also include people delayed by background checks.

Well, one or two of us are dispensible but if unite in our effort, then we definitely become indespensible....did we really make an impact by making those thousands of phone calls for the lame duck?.....the fact is that an average american doesn't give a ***** about whether we get our green cards or not because they don't even know our pains.....and the government has too many other trivial and not so trivial issues to deal with than worry about us......lobbying is a good idea but we are still not getting the attention we should be getting......do you think they can really abolish the h1b program?.......foreign workers have become the veins and arteries of these companies and unless until you stop the blood supply, no body is going to even notice.......the dependency on foreign workers is more today that it was a decade ago just because of the sheer volume.

I believe the majority ofthe IV members are from Indian origins. they should contact the Indian community that donated money to Hilary and ask why she voted against legal immigrants. she is preparing for her election compaign. I am sure she will answer or at least she will know that we are following her votes against us.

But the downside to this is that most EB2 July filers have (or will be) been renewing their EAD's in August/Sepetember and this bulleting will not let USCIS give out 2 yr EAD's and instead hand out 1 yr ones.
Just because your PD is current dosnt mean that USCIS will process your apps right away. There are folks whose PD was current under July bulletin and their apps haven't been touched based on some anecdotal evidence here..
But the Eb3 news is not good.

Education level is well maintained and by entrance examination standard, its far above GRE level. Ooh - you are right !!! It took me more time to write the above than it took 25 USCIS workers to approve 25,000 I-485's... (48 hrs X 60 mins X 25) / 25000 = 3 mins.
They are thinking us dumb fools because we are immigrants and we have to accept whatever they say !!
I doubt if anyone was denied. They have to approve anyone and everyone to meet the numbers.
