Microsoft XNA is a popular framework applied with C# that is being used to create quality games. My thesis group decided to use the said framework for our thesis which required us to develop a game. The game automatically logs the actions that the players perform while playing. The data that will be gathered is to be used for our research which is mainly about player modeling. It would really help us in our thesis if you'd play the game. Thank you!

I was just wondering why legal immigration is not generating any interest with the beloved politicians in this country. Inside the mind of these politicians... I guess their agenda is very clear.
Immigration support for illegals = hispanic votes = reelection!
Immigration support for widows = sympathy votes = reelection!
Immigration support for same sex partners = more votes = reelection!
Immigration support for serving the military = Show of patriotism = society respect!

I guess USCIS is sending Receipt Notes according to priority dates meaning with 2006-7 priority dates will get receipts later.
My 485 reached on 2nd july...No Update yet.

Hi All,
One of my friend has been working for a desi company for 6 months and now is moving to another company.
In the desi company offer letter there is no information regarding leave encashment and it says that he is eligible for one day leave per month.
There is no statement regarding leave encashment policy in the offer letter
So if he resigns now will he get any leave encashment or is there any virginia state laws governing the leave encashment

A friend of mine (Indian) is married to an Indonesian. Both are on H1B and have approved I-140s. Can my friend apply for a cross changeability? Does it have to happen when my friends spouse's pd becomes current? or can it be done earlier?
Yes he can use Cross changeability.

Visitor's visa for my parents expired recently (it was a 5 yr VISA & they visited here 3 times and returned within 6 months each time) and they want to re-apply for a visa. My question is - Do I still need to send in the Document of Support, Employer and Bank letter or they can re-apply without these documents? On the safer side, I am sending the documents but in my view there should not be a need for the support documents...Anyone in similar boat?

I know this one guy has done this he worked on h1 for 6 years after that he didnt get extension so he changed his status to f1 as full time student ...now he is on f1 visa...so dont worry.

Depends on what is written in your LC job requirements. If it is either Masters or BS + 5 yrs of experience, then - yes, you can file I140 in EB2.

Actually the change of status was meant to ask if the L1A gets rejected - can he move to L2 or H1 with change of status without leaving the country.

I entered US on H4. Then applied for H1 for software job. worked for 2 months last yr and then went for maternity leave.
Now I started working again and I still have to go for stamping.
I have completed CPA and I would like to move to an accounting firm ( they have to file my H1 transfer with accounting domain).
Is this going to cause any problem during H1 transfer or stamping??
Please advise me...

I am not sure how h1 transfers work in case it is different profession.
I guess they should work fine because people can have multiple skills, some people gain skills over time like say, people do MS or MBA while on h1b, and then apply for a different kind of job and get a transfer.
Gurus must be able to answer this question.

Though CIS has your correct address, non-delivery could be due to a typo in the address, and the USPS sorting system was not able to sort this particular letter.
